Product description

Microtem MTM110 is a balanced mechanical seal with an integrated shaft sleeve. Bidirectional and featuring a single wave spring, the MTM110 mechanical seal from Microtem is designed so that the spring never comes into contact with the product. This design makes the MTM110 mechanical component seal suitable for all applications involving highly viscous liquids and suspended solid particles. Manufactured according to UNI EN 12756 (formerly DIN 24960) standards, Microtem’s MTM110 is available in various material combinations. The metallic parts can also be made from super austenitic steels such as Duplex and Hastelloy.

The MTM110 mechanical seal has numerous applications, including machinery handling white and gray water, and various industries such as process, chemical, food, paper, oil, and energy. MTM110 is also suitable for high-temperature applications and those involving solids, abrasives, and highly viscous substances.
